Facilitating with confidence

We are delighted to be partnering with MSB Executive to deliver this training course, it’s really important to us that you also get a lot volunteering for CFA UK, so we try to create benefits that work for you.

Equip yourself with the essential facilitation skills to run meetings and groups effectively. By the end of the workshop, you will be able to:  

• Facilitate meetings in a way that encourages positive reactions  

• Practise the skills a good facilitator uses  

• Recognise individual behaviours and their effect on the group 

For some of the training topics pre-work is advised to get the most out of the training on the day. We will email a week ahead should this apply to your selected course. 

Each training session has a capacity of 15 people, and will be held in boardroom of CFA UK offices.
Light refreshments will be available.
