 Aims of the judging panel: review and grade submitted journalistic content. 

 The CFA UK Journalism Awards highlights contribution for the advancement of investor education through journalism. Launched in 2012, the awards celebrate articles that highlight ethical and professional standards in the UK investment sector and are open to all journalists. These awards aim to celebrate and promote great journalism that mirror CFA UK’s mission and vision. 

 
Awards categories:  

Trade Journalist of the Year   

National Journalist of the Year  

ESG, Climate & Sustainability  

Inclusion and Diversity

Purpose and activities: 

  • Familiarise with the scoring and grading criteria  
  • Judge and grade submitted articles in independent and transparent way 
  • Attend a post judging benchmarking review session via zoom 


Who are we looking for?  

  • Volunteers who have extensive experience and interest in high-quality journalism 
  • Good communicators with the ability to work in a group and share ideas
  • Ability to make time available and meet deadlines 


     
    How CFA UK will help: 

     CFA UK will distribute grading criteria, anonymised content and arrange a post judging benchmarking session.

      Compliance Notes:
