    The AI is here to stay, no doubt. It would be great to hear from you how you feel it impacts your jobs and also how the asset management industry will change?

    There are a few articles outthere with analysis (sources listed below). As an overview: Generative AI is poised to significantly transform investment management and the role of portfolio managers. Building upon previous insights, here are additional key impacts:

    I like to observe how other spaces are leveraging AI. Let's be honest, the financial institutions space in general is slow to execute -- for the usual good reasons. But following is OK if we learn from others. From the Women in Product group, Product Designer Agnieszka Zimolag posted the following review of AI-driven tools. Also, how she evaluates what is "good" from a product design lens imparts some lessons on how to think about innovating processes in Asset Management.

    I tested a range of AI-powered tools for the UX/UI design process so you don't have to! Many of them felt like they are powered by chatgpt and unless you have been using this tool in your workflow–chatgpt is just fine! Here's a quick rundown of what I found exciting and why:

    An AI-powered research assistant that generates summaries from research papers. It's intuitive, and the customizable table made it a standout for quickly extracting insights.

    Perfect for organizing research notes and generating summaries with corresponding tags. The Kanban view is a great touch for managing insights.

    [Instant Personas](https://instantpersonas.com/) (AI-Supported User Segmentation)

    A chatbot that creates personas based on your product and audience. It's structured, interactive, and delivers solid, various personas, but it's behind a paywall and the sign-out process is a bit of a hassle.

    [Taskade](https://www.taskade.com/) (AI-Supported Feature Generation and Prioritization)

    Taskade's AI helps create a prioritized feature list, but its lack of deeper insights on MVP testing and feature prioritization limits its use. Still, it's useful for outlining rough project plans.

    [Readdy](https://readdy.ai/home) (AI-Driven Concepts and Wireframes)

    This one blew me away! The AI generates professional-looking dashboards and interactive prototypes based on text prompts. It's not fully advanced yet, but it's fantastic for presenting app ideas to clients.

    My recommendations for improving these tools:

    ️ Ensure smooth conversations and guide users if they're stuck. Direct them to customer assistance when needed. Or provide ideas for the next steps.

    ️ Clearly indicate when starting a new chat is necessary to make progress.

    ️ Provide example flows to show how to use AI tools effectively.

    ️ Allow users to experiment with AI features without hitting a credit wall immediately. A happy user on the free version is more likely to upgrade.

    ️ Show users how their prompts will be interpreted and let them edit them for better results.

    ️ Keep AI features distinct and easy to navigate to avoid cognitive overload.

    ️ Ditch the fancy jargon-use simple language and clear visuals to highlight AI features.
