CFA Institute is inviting members of CFA UK to participate in a Beta Test of a new AI Private Wealth Simulator, an innovative, interactive learning experience designed to help investment professionals strengthen their client engagement and decision-making skills in a private wealth context.
This beta test aims to gather practitioner feedback to enhance the simulator’s usability, realism, and scoring mechanisms. Your participation will help CFA Institute refine the learning experience and ensure it delivers meaningful value to professionals across the investment industry.
About the Simulator
Participants will engage in a chat-based conversation with an AI-simulated client to assess the client’s needs and make an investment recommendation for the private markets sleeve of their investment portfolio. The simulator is designed to emulate real-world advisory conversations, testing both technical and interpersonal skills.
What’s Involved
- Complete two simulated client interactions, each taking approximately 45 minutes.
- Share your impressions in a short feedback survey (about 15 minutes).
- Total time commitment: 2 hours.
Timing
The beta test will run from 14 November through 15 December 2025. Participants will have one month to complete their simulator sessions and survey at their convenience during this period.
Why Participate?
- Contribute to the continued development of an AI-driven learning tool for investment professionals.
- Experience firsthand how AI can support applied learning in private wealth management.
- Help CFA Institute shape innovative approaches to professional education.
Eligibility
We are seeking 5–10 volunteers from CFA UK’s membership, representing a mix of financial advisors and non-advisors.
Thank you for supporting CFA Institute’s ongoing efforts to enhance learning experiences through innovation.
