    Dear Members of the Sustainability Community,

    The CFA UK had the opportunity to contribute to the consultation on a Code of Conduct for ESG Ratings and ESG Data Providers organized by the International Capital Markets Association (ICMA) and the International Regulatory Strategy Group (IRSG). Our involvement in this consultation reflects our commitment to advancing the highest standards in the ESG industry space.

    Thank you for circulating this response letter Luiz and for participating in the excellent working group which worked on it.  I should like to thank everyone involved, many of whom came from our Sustainability Community and who participated in an on-line discussion about it prior to a roundtable event.  I feel we came up with a good list of strong and thoughtful recommendations.
