Effective communication is an essential non-technical skill that every leader must possess. This workshop will help you understand:
How to develop a bond
How to develop the ability to ask open-ended questions
For some of the training topics pre-work is advised to get the most out of the training on the day. We will email a week ahead should this apply to your selected course. The training session has a capacity of 15 people, and will be held in boardroom of CFA UK offices.Light refreshments will be available.
