Effective Communications for Leaders

We are delighted to be partnering with MSB Executive to deliver this training course, it’s really important to us that you also get a lot volunteering for CFA UK, so we try to create benefits that work for you.

Effective communication is an essential non-technical skill that every leader must possess. This workshop will help you understand:  

• How to develop a bond

• How to develop the ability to ask open-ended questions

• How to build trust among your team members

For some of the training topics pre-work is advised to get the most out of the training on the day. We will email a week ahead should this apply to your selected course. 

The training session has a capacity of 15 people, and will be held in boardroom of CFA UK offices.
Light refreshments will be available.
