Influencing Up - Virtual Training

Influencing Up

Enhance your personal influencing skills to positively impact the decisions and actions of people you work with. Join this workshop to:  

• Understand when to use “push” and when to use “pull” behaviours 

• Build effective rapport with people you want to influence 
• Use approaches that get decisions made and gains commitment to actions

For some of the training topics pre-work is advised to get the most out of the training on the day. We will email a week ahead should this apply to your selected course. 

The training session has a capacity of 50 people, and will be online via Zoom.
