Building Emotional Intelligence

Honing your emotional intelligence can help you to understand how to better relate to and work with others. This workshop will enable you to:  

• Adapt to the working style of others 
• Recognise your triggers, and how to overcome them  
• Understand how values can have an impact on your ability to relate to others

For some of the training topics pre-work is advised to get the most out of the training on the day. We will email a week ahead should this apply to your selected course. 

The training session has a capacity of 100 people, and will be online via Zoom.
