Develop Your Negotiation Skills 

The workshop will focus on how to best negotiate and deal with difficult objections. These core skills will be useful across many forms of business whether that is selling services externally or dealing with colleagues, both senior and junior. We will provide you with tips and techniques to get the best outcomes in these areas.
This session will be interactive and will draw on the experience of the room as well as the facilitator.
We will cover topics such as:
• The power of persuasion not the art of argument
• Understanding the main forms of objections and how to deal with them
• How to react under stressful situations and keep your calm
• How to listen and not react
• Why not to answer the question
• Understanding false objections and how to move on from them
• Reaching agreement where everyone is happy
This will be a fun session that will give you useful skills in work and at home.

For some of the training topics pre-work is advised to get the most out of the training on the day. We will email a week ahead should this apply to your selected course. 

Each training session has a capacity of 15 people, and will be held in boardroom of CFA UK offices.
Light refreshments will be available.
