Sabrina Fox, Founder, Fox Legal Training

Sabrina Fox has been working with covenants since the early 2000s, first as a Finance Lawyer representing borrowers, private equity sponsors, and arrangers in debt financing transactions.

Sabrina started her career in covenant education over a decade ago. She worked at DebtXplained from 2011-2013 and in 2015 launched Covenant Review in Europe. She innovated both companies’ product offerings, creating covenant comparison software Market Maker at DebtXplained and developing first-to-market alerts on key covenant risks in primary deals at Covenant Review.

Sabrina left Covenant Review to found the European Leveraged Finance Association in 2019, where she currently acts as Chief Executive Officer.
