The goal of this working group is to create activities that provide valuable career development tools and skills to our members. The group will work closely with the staffed office on identifying the best possible topics and experts to create a programme of events and content that best supports members in their career development and progression.

The group is tasked with:

  • Identifying opportunities for creating content and events that covers a broad range of topics across career management and soft skills, looking for fresh perspectives and compelling speakers

  • Identify experts that could produce relevant content or events that will most engage members

  • Utilise CFA Institute’s careers competency framework to identify what soft skills should be prioritised

  • Together with CFA UK staff, review data on past events and content to identify the most popular topics that should be repeated to best serve members
