    Thanks to Aya's encouragement, I'm posting here a collection of what I called Sustainability Practitioner Series that I've been writing on LinkedIn for the past year or two on several ideas on a more eco-lifestyle.

    📳 Got a refurbished 'new' phone after using my old phone for 6.5 yrs and talking about the incredible amount of ewaste produced every year and increasing. https://t.ly/XXlOH
    🎁 Givingnonmaterialgifts for holiday seasons for the past few years and talking about gigantic amount of waste generated from gift packaging and unwanted gifts. https://t.ly/Y7ycy
    🥬 🥕 Consciousfoodshopping by aiming to shoporganic, local, and directly from farmers, and nopackaging whenever possible + the dire state of farmers in the UK (and elsewhere). https://t.ly/9N7H5

    🌾 🍝 Buying many staple foods, household cleaning essentials and personal hygiene items in bulk that havezeropackaging or circulareconomypackaging. https://t.ly/xhU6v

    👚 👢 Shop at secondhand clothes shops in Taipei that are unmanned and run on honesty system. https://t.ly/8v3ND

    🦷 Kept the same toothbrush(handle) for 5 years because I can replace just the toothbrush head. https://t.ly/5R9-M
