  • 1.  How investable are "biomass for industrial application" projects?

    Posted 12-07-2023 09:50

    Hi everyone,

A little while ago I met "renewable carbon" think tank (based in Germany) in the past – they are doing a very exciting work on progressing industries towards co2 free future. This is an interesting work that they share for biomass for industrial applications.

I also met for a steel making company in Canada - as an example of biomass application - where that company was installing its own biomass unit on their single site. This was a part of their net zero strategy.

My questions to the community on this are:

    • Did you work with any biomass projects or are you looking into the opportunities and market there? What do you think about this space?
    • If you are interested in community exploring this topic, let me know and we will see if we can organise a research collaboration or a meetup on that theme

hi Martin, thank you so much for sharing

This is very interesting! I shall put my thinking cap on and see if we can put together an intersting review of opportunities in this sector. I will review the links.

If anyone else would like to join this and help put a review - or if anyone else would potentially find this review useful - i will be happy to hear from you.

I've been doing biomass projects for over 10 years, yes they are very investible.
