I saw claims on LinkedIn that it is powered by green energy - but couldn't find any reference or articles or news on this on the internet so far

This source claims it's carbon-neutral:
"Built on Swiss National Supercomputing Centre (CSCS)'s carbon-neutral Alps cluster, 10,000 Nvidia Grace‑Hopper superchips delivering over 40 exaflops in FP8 mode, it combines scale with sustainability absent in private cloud training."

There's  still no benchmark data released  on standardized tasks such as reasoning (ARC-AGI), knowledge (MMLU), coding, or translation.That said, several sources describe Apertus as comparable to Meta's LLaMA 3 (2024) model in scale and ambition-but detailed performance metrics are not available yet.

Feel free anybody to share benchmark data when released.
